I started out as a hobbyist photographer, taking pictures for my enjoyment, family and friends. Then I became the unofficial photographer at social and church events. It was at the encouragement of family and friends, and through lots of prayer, that Transitions Photography became a reality.
Who am I? Most importantly, I am first a Christian man. I live with integrity and I believe it is important to treat my clients the way I’d want to be treated if I were to hire a photographer – fair.
Next I am a husband, a father, and a grandfather. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. With my wife, I enjoy going to movies and attending University of Michigan football games. When I have time and the weather is good, you’ll find me at the golf course. Upon retirement, I look forward to doing some traveling. There are a lot of beautiful images waiting to be taken!

I strive to build relationships with my clients, so we can continue a longstanding relationship that lasts over time. I want to photograph your engagement, wedding, maternity images, your newborn, and then every year as your family continues to grow.
